So if you're a hipster in a quest for authenticity, look no further. Service was polite from the English speaking owner, and it felt like we were dining at his family's home. “ I visited this small restaurant/cafe several times during my stay in Chaing Mai. This is a small, family run restaurant specialised on Burmese food. It’s a newly opened business (probably 6-7 months ago) but well established. They also offer a good selection of western breakfast. They have various beverages including soft drinks, milkshakes and great coffee. The food is very tasty and well presented. Staff are very friendly. I will be visiting this place a couple of times more before I leave Chiang Mai. ”

“ Amazing place. We had an AirBnB booked nearby and came to eat breakfast here 3 times, trying different things from the menu each time. Each dish has a unique palate of taste and texture. Our favorite was the tea salad, with the Mojinga being a close second. This is the kind of place you could imagine eating at every day. The food quality is restaurant level and the prices are as cheap as street food. I would be happy to pay double what they charge and we will make sure to recommend this place to any friends that come visit Chiangmai. ”

“ I ate my 1st my breakfast in Chiang Mai. I ordered Burmese Coconut Noodle and it was delicious. I came here because of good reviews and now is my turn. If you are burmese or if you want to try a burmese foods, I recommend here. However, a thote sone (mixed salad) is not burmese style. I think they modified to ease for the foreigner (without noodle or vermicelli or chilli). But still taste great. ”
